Rules and conditions
- Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and sign a release of rights (embedded in submission form) for the video.
- To participate, entrants must be current members of MyCP or join MyCP as any appropriate class of member. Membership is free and may be withdrawn at the close of the contest.
- Videos must be high resolution to qualify for a prize. Winner will need to provide the video file (not a link to it on social media) to be awarded the prize.
- Maximum of one entry per contestant.
- The subject of the video must have cerebral palsy.
- If other non family members are identifiable in the picture, you will need to obtain a signed copy of our vidoe release from them to be eligible to win.
- The CP Research Network reserves the right to exclude any video that it deems inappropriate or offensive in any way
- Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
- Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel.
- By entering the contest, entrants agree that videos submitted can be used by the CP Research Network for advertising or research recruitment purposes per the language in video release form.
- Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
- The prize must be collected by the winner and is nontransferable.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after five business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
- If you are in a location without Amazon shipping, we will do our best to find an alternative solution to your prize.
- The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
