The CP Daily Living section that follows focuses on activities, materials and equipment that support daily living. Often referred to by therapists as activities of daily living or ADLs, these are activities related to personal care. They include things such as bathing or showering, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating.
