Investigators Meeting Logistics

There are two potential options at the meeting's end at 12:30 pm on Friday, May 5.  We know that some of you have to leave immediately to make a plane. We will get you to the main gate where you can connect with an Uber/taxi. But for most of you, there is a long lag before you would need to go airport. The two options are:

1. Take a Nemours Hospital Shuttle to the hospital either for a tour of the facilities or to sit in the cafeteria and work prior to departing for the airport in a group shuttle. The CP Research Network is providing one shuttle to the airport at 2:30 pm on a first come, first served basis.  It holds 14 people.
2. Depart immediately at the end of the meeting

We need to understand your plans to arrange for appropriate transportation from the meeting site to the main gate or the hospital, have visitor badges ready for the latter, and understand the number of people wanting to ride together to the airport.  If there are enough people leaving at one time, we may be able to arrange an additional airport shuttle.  An Uber/taxi to the airport costs between $70-90.
