The Scott Bates Commons will be the site for the meeting next to Johns Hopkins University campus.

Please register for our annual research meeting with the form below.  We have a guaranteed free registration for each site.  Each additional registration will require a $250 payment to cover the costs of food during the event (break, lunches and one group dinner).  We may NOT be able to accommodate more than two registrations per site but we will not know that until we close registration on March 23 or sooner if we reach capacity.  If you have more than two investigators planning on attending, you may register in advance and we will let you know by March 23 1 if we can accommodate everyone. If not, we will refund your registration fee. Virtual participation costs $100 per attendee (unless we get a virtual sponsor in which case we will refund fees). Some sessions, e.g., posters, may not be supported for virtual participation but the posters will be available online.

Important notes:

  • the FIRST registration will be free. Subsequent reservations will require a $250 credit card charge,*
  • clinician and research investigators from CP Research Network members must choose their affiliated site,
  • if you need your organization to be invoiced rather than paying by credit card, please register as “Other” for the participant type and email cori@cprn.org to arrange invoicing.
  • if you are the ONLY investigator attending from your site and your participation is virtual, use “Other” to register,
  • If you need a hotel room with accommodations, just book a regular room and email cprn-inquiry@cprn.org to confirm your accommodation needs.  We will arrange an appropriate room type (roll-in shower or tub with seat and grab bars).
  • if you are a Community Partner and need help with travel ticketing or the hotel, please contact us at cprn-inquiry@cprn.org.
