In this needs assessment, you will find a list of topic areas. Each topic area has subtopics in collapsible sections in the sidebar (or at the bottom on a mobile phone) for more information about the topic area. Please rank the topic areas in order of importance. As a guide, expand the related section to the right and think about what you would like to learn and what skills you would like to build related to CPRN. For those of you who may have leadership experience and are not looking for more training, think about what your more junior colleagues should learn to succeed in CPRN.
Over the next six months, we will use the information gained from this needs assessment to develop the CPRN leadership training program. Thank you for participating in this effort to make this a valuable program for you and your colleagues in CPRN.
