Erika Daley, MD, is a board-certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN and assistant professor of clinical orthopedic surgery at the Indiana University School of Medicine.  She completed residency in the department of orthopedic surgery at Beaumont Health (Royal Oak, MI) and fellowship training in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She subspecializes in the care of children with neuromuscular disorders and is particularly interested in the care of children with ambulatory cerebral palsy and assists with the 3D gait analysis lab at Riley.

Dr. Daley is a member of AAOS, AOA, POSNA, Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society, and AACPDM.  In addition to Dr. Daley’s interests in improving the care of children with cerebral palsy, she also enjoys mentorship and promoting diversity in orthopedic surgery through her role as chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for her department.  Outside of the hospital, she enjoys yoga, cycling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her husband.
