
Anne B. Edwards, PhD, CFLE is a Professor of Human Development and Family Science at Purdue University Northwest and has taught family dynamics, gerontology, statistics and research methods for over 25 years. Dr. Edwards is a Certified Family Life Educator and has created programs for family caregivers of older adults about maintaining their well-being and how to navigate the healthcare system. Dr. Edwards’s research focuses on the well-being of family caregivers of older adults and the experience of older adults with cerebral palsy (CP). She earned a BS in psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon, and an MS and PhD in human development and family studies from the Pennsylvania State University with a graduate minor in statistics.
