Amy Bailes, PT PhD is a physical therapist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and an Affiliated Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehab Sciences at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Bailes has 30 years of pediatric clinical experience and has been recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Pediatric Clinical Specialist since 1993.Her clinical practice focuses primarily on the care of children with cerebral palsy (CP). Dr. Bailes’ research involves the study of measurement tools, novel interventions in CP, and therapy service utilization. Dr. Bailes earned a BS in physical therapy at Indiana University, an MS at Boston University and a PhD. in clinical epidemiology at the University of Cincinnati.
