MENTOR (Mindfulness, Exercise, Nutrition to Optimize Resilience) is a free, virtual wellbeing program from the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability (NCHPAD) designed for adults with physical disabilities and chronic conditions. Through mindfulness, adaptive exercise, nutrition education, and health coaching, MENTOR takes a whole-person approach to improving health and well-being.
In addition to the live program, MENTOR now offers an On-Demand option that allows participants to access program content on their own schedule while still benefiting from the same evidence-informed wellbeing approach. Prefer a live cohort with a set schedule? That option is still available as well.
Join us on Monday, June 29 at 8:00 PM ET to learn more about the program, hear updates from CPRN and NCHPAD staff, explore both the Live and On-Demand MENTOR options, and listen to MENTOR alumni share their experiences.
Following the webinar, attendees who would like additional information or assistance with enrollment will have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one conversation with members of the CP Research Network recruitment team, including Liz Boyer, Cori Sparks, and Fayza Jaleel.
Whether you’re considering enrollment or simply want to learn more about MENTOR, we hope you’ll join us!
