The groundbreaking Adult Cerebral Palsy (CP) Toolkit designed specifically to cover common concerns of adults with CP, takes a similar approach to providing empowering information as our first CP resource did for parents in the award winning: CP Toolkit — From Diagnosis to Understanding. Together a team of over 50 people including adults with CP, parent/caregivers and CP professionals and clinicians, have thoughtfully come together to create a meaningful and supportive resource for the adult CP community.
