Our peer-to-peer fundraising platform is called Givebutter and this page is intended to help you navigate creating a successful fundraiser.  The most important part of fundraising is sharing WHY you are choosing to fundraise for the CP Research Network.  Common examples include:

  • I have CP and want to support research.
  • My child <name> has CP and I want to support research.
  • The CP Research Network is doing invaluable work in research and education for people with CP.
  • I am raising money for the CP Research Network because I value their mission to continuously improve the lives of people with CP.

Including pictures or video of you or your loved one is also important but feel free to stick with text only if you are more comfortable with that.

Here are the steps to participating in our fundraiser and customizing your page. Click on each picture to see more details.

<h2>Setting up your fundraiser</h2>

1. Choose to be a fundraiser 2. Join a team or create one 3. Register with a $5 donation 4. Click Share and Manage

Once you have created your fundraising page, you can share it, invite donors or team members through email or customize your page.  After you click on Share & Manage, your options will appear as the choices below. Click to see more detailed images.
